A strong background in mold making (plaster and rubber), slip-casting, glazing, sculpting is required but dexterity, curiosity and adaptability to shift to other media is also important. Wax prep for bronze casting is a frequent task, so a working knowledge of wax welding and casting processes is helpful. The studio is a creative and ever-evolving environment that responds to the various projects in production; an “all hands on deck” attitude is required in order to be successful in this position. At times an employee would be expected to work with a wide range of media such as terrazzo, glass enamel, plaster, and epoxy resin. Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills. Competency in Spanish would be helpful but not required. Please send your resume to
